We slowly come to life and wrangle our pack explosions. I attempt to upload my blogs and pics but the Wi-Fi is slow. I sort through my box of gear and begin to fill the box with stuff to send home.
We pile into Serena Williams’ tacoma and head for Pagosa Springs, Colorado. It’s a beautiful drive and we even get a sweet border pic. This country is amazing. The hot spring sulfur aroma wafts through the downtown as tubbers soak across the river.
Laundry. Pinewood Inn. Thrift stores. Cotton shirt. Grocery shopping. Pasta dinner in bouncy chairs. Cherry pie and ice cream desert. This is what zeros are made of.
